This document serves as an electronic record and is generated by a computer system, exempt from requiring any physical or digital signatures. It is published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. This rule mandates the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing or using the domain name [www.mydarji.com] ("Website"), inclusive of the related mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform."

Terms and Conditions:
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires, "You" or "User" shall denote any natural or legal person who becomes a buyer on the Platform. This occurs by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as a Registered User using computer systems. The Company allows Users to surf the Platform or make purchases without registering.

Use of the Application:
If You use the Platform, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password. You shall be responsible for all activities under your Display Name and Password. Providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in the suspension, termination, or blocking of access to your membership on the Platform.

Sharing Your Account:
If You share or allow others to have access to Your account on the Platform ("Account"), by creating separate profiles under Your Account or otherwise, they will be able to view and access Your Account information. You are solely liable for all activities under Your Account and any consequences arising from them.

Transactions:
Transactions on the Platform are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law. The Platform facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers (or Tailors). The Company is not a party to or in control of any transaction between Platform Users. All commercial/contractual terms are agreed upon solely between Buyers and Sellers (or Tailors).

Order Placement:
The placement of an order by a Buyer with a Seller (or Tailor) on the Platform is an offer to buy the product(s) or services from the Buyer to the Seller (or Tailor). The Seller (or Tailor) retains the right to cancel any such order at its sole discretion, and the Buyer shall be informed through email/SMS. Any transaction price paid by the Buyer in case of such cancellation shall be refunded according to the refund policy.

>Dispute Resolution:
The Company is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract between Buyers and Sellers (or Tailor). The Company does not guarantee or mediate any transaction concluded on the Platform. Disputes between Buyers and Sellers (or Tailor) are to be independently resolved by the involved parties.

Payment Methods:
While using any payment method available on the Platform, the Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to lack of authorization, exceeding preset limits, payment issues, or transaction decline for any other reason.
